General Booking Cancellation and Refund Policy


This is our general policy on cancelation and refund of any service booked on this website. This policy is superseded by any policy specified on a product or service page (along with description and additional information tabs) for that specific product or service.

  • Booking deposit payments is non-refundable. If booking a session within 7 days, full payment is required.
  • Full payments are refundable in full up to 72 hours before the scheduled session.
  • Full payments are refundable up to 75% between 7 and 3 days before the session (if special prep is requested, cost will be deducted).
  • Full payments are refundable up to 50% between 72 hours and 48 hours before the session (if special prep is requested, cost will be deducted).
  • Full payments are refundable up to 25% between 48 hours and 24 hours before the session (if special prep is requested, cost will be deducted).
  • No refund is issued if cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled session. 
  • Rescheduling to a different date/ time is acceptable up to 24 hours before the session, subject to availability. No refund will be issued on rescheduled appointments if later cancelled.
  • No-show does not qualify for rescheduling or refund. A new booking must be made.
